LWS Solutions designs and produces micro drum filters in a capacity range from 20m³ to 2000 m³. The filter elements are 20 micron and larger. 

LWS Micro Drum Filters are used for larger flows and a demand for continuous fine filtration.
Using our experience we extended the relatively simple concept and added a variety of accessories and improvements to the micro drum filter, making the micro drum filter a truly continuously working filter concept. 
The improvements relate to: 

• special designed screen washing system
• dewatering screw press, that delivers dryer solids
• drives and motor are improved
• overall construction was adjusted to guarantee  continious use

LW Solutions supplies micro drum filters to wastewater treatment plants, as pre-filter for membrane, evaporation and UV processes. The filters are also used in industrial processes where floating and fibrous particles have to be removed out of process streams.
