The LWS Ducati racing team is ready for their new racing season in the Ducati 3D-cup. On March 29th 2009 the first race will take place at Donington Park in the UK.
In order to achieve the ambitions we pointed out for 2009, we worked very hard to get everything into top shape. The very intensive training of our racing driver brought him into top condition for the new season and the first race.
The motor, the Ducati 1098, is the most powerful and lightest twocilinder ever produced by the Ducati factory in Borgo Panigale. The 1098 is the crown of the very fortunate Superbike family and represents the most ultimate racetechnology ever used in the Superbike family. In the special Dutch Ducate Dealercup (3D-cup), the 1098 and other Ducati Superbikes will be presented in a very spectaculare way.
Our motorbike has been adapted to perform at the top level which is required. Improvement of the tuning with another motor management, another Titanium exhaust and suspension create the extra's which are required to progress the ranking of 2008. In 2008 'The Bullit' achieved to get to the 4th spot.
'The Bullit', is our very experienced driver Jeroen Westendorp. He is racing motorbike since 2001 and obtained various titles and top rankings. We are very pleased to have such an experienced and skilled first driver.
The first race will take place Sunday March 29at Donington Park (UK). The training and qualifications will take place Saturday March 28.

Especially the Ducati Clubrace in Assen and Festival d'Italia in Oscherleben, are marvellous events to visit.
