Waste water treatment

LWS Solutions has supplied drum filters (type 1204) to the recently built waste water treatment plant in Ootmarsum (NL). The drum filters are used as pre-filter for a MBR (Membrane Bio Reactor) installation. This is a new technique, greatly reducing the size of traditional waste water treatment plants. The drum filters are an important part of the process and will prevent clogging of the membranes.

Dredging industry

For one of the newest Dutch dredging vessels LWS Solutions designed and supplied a range of separators in sizes 2 ½” up to 14”. The separators are used to reduce the amount of dredged slib. All separators are coated with an abrasion proof lining and comply with the highest quality demands.

Desalination

LWS Solutions is a regular supplier for strainers in desalination projects. Strainers need to comply with specific demands for dimensions, internal coatings, connection, closures and corrosion resistance.

Oil & Gas industry

Next to our standard range of products LWS Solutions supplies custom made solutions, such as the shown and recently supplied gas – liquid separators.

Industrial applications

LWS Solutions supplies flow meter housings to large international manufacturers. For instance the shown housing is used in a huge Russian oil and gas project and complies with stringent demands.

Water treatment

Drum filters are frequently used as polishing filter for UV processes. In the past years LWS Solutions supplied numerous types of drum filters to a variety of UV projects.
